ok it's day 1 of my get a flat stomach regime.
I wasnt able to do my sit up's this morning because I was late for school,
So I figured I would do it now.

wtf!?

I can't even do 15!

omg.
my tail bone hurts like shit.

nevermind!
I am not discouraged!
I made a sign and pasted it onto the ceiling.
It says
Do sit up exercises NOW
No excuses
You are NOT too tired.

I think i know myself too well.

I'll give the sit-ups another shot tonight.
